Message If you have power at the pump the fuel pump relay has been grounded by the ecu, so it has seen a signal from the CAS. If no ground is present, the fuel pump is directly grounded by the fpcm. So, i would start there. The fuel pump only operates under certain conditions when the engine isnt running so, it is important to know this. When the ign is on the fuel pump is pulsed for 1 second. If the CAS is good it should have power while cranking the engine.
